Responding to regional energy-structure optimization and low-carbon development needs, the project focuses on coordinated photovoltaic, wind-power and energy-storage applications and validates new energy technologies in the partner region.

The cooperation team jointly reviewed local resources, energy-use scenarios and operating conditions, developed a new-energy system adapted to the regional climate and advanced key-equipment selection, system integration and operational monitoring.

Demonstration applications drive technology exchange and talent training, helping partner organizations improve new-energy project construction, operations and maintenance, and data-analysis capabilities.

This case provides a practical foundation for new energy applications in Central Asia and experience for replicating future clean-energy projects.
